Many customer service teams are innovative in the way they provide support.

Innovation may be technical - for instance using an online chatroom - or creative in the way a problem is handled.

This award will be presented to the customer support team who have demonstrated innovation in the customer service they provide.

5th November 2003 - Voting has now closed. The winner will be announced at the awards dinner in December.
