Paul Waddington is a co-founder of Plain Text, a business writing agency that works in the information, technology and media industries. He worked in the information industry for 15 years, at Reuters and the Financial Times, before establishing Plain Text in 2001. Plain Text has run successful writing training sessions for blue-chip companies and professional bodies.
