I am a big believer in not reinventing the wheel! I would think that some one out there has already developed an application with some of more of the following features. Can you help?

Overview.
I am writing a system specification to set up a credit control function for a software house who are developing a package solution for a vertical market.

The user is the credit control manager who is responsible for the setting of credit limits for customers. These customers can make credit purchases at some or all of the companies branches.

Each customer will have a different credit profile with regard to geographical area/braches and credit values.

Does anyone know of a software package that has the following functionality?

Stage one.
Give the user the ability to create a graphical company hierarchy using the ‘top down approach’
Typically a single box at the top with 3 boxes underneath and 4 boxes hanging off each of the 3 boxes.

Stage two.
Now display the customer in a scrolling box at the top of the organisation structure.

Stage three.
The following facilities are now required.

A facility is needed to enable the User to select any level within the structure and the application to automatically select all levels below the selected point and make them available for trading, by customer.

A facility is needed to enable the User to select any level within the structure and the application to automatically select all levels below the selected point and then to be able to select one or more sites and make them non-tradable, by customer.

The user would then be able to set a credit limit for each trading unit of Łnnnn.

The data is then written away.

Can anyone help?
