 WANTED: Free ISP

Does anyone know where I can find an ISP that is funded by advertising, so that they can offer free internet access with 0800 dialup?

Previously, I had been using IC24 FOR FREE, which is a promotional inducement to sign up to their regular 0845 service, but the freebie just expired!

IC24 FOR FREE was only available between 8 P.M. & M/night, but it was simple enough to save all tasks needing connection until that time-window. Advertising banners arn't a problem - some of them are actually usefull!
