Does anyone have any tips for sourcing information from the horse's mouth on branding, advertising and marketing strategies? That is, insider insights from Communications, Brand or Marketing Managers, or ad or PR agencies,for example.
The sector I'm particularly interested in is low fare/no frills airlines.
