This company needs, ( and is even prepared to pay for!) some software or online service which would do the following:

Register numerous URLs for tracking.Constantly monitor changes. ( Not just once an hour or twice a day) send us e-mails immediately each page changes. (Possibly using chosen subject terms/meta tags, etc) I don't know if such services are called Bots, or whatever.
