Hallo there
I am looking for a comprehensive and reliable source for finding all of a couple of major quoted USA company's subsidaries AND joint ventures. The source needs to be both reliable and up to date - at least from 1998 onwards.
The companies I need information on are large ones such as General Electric and AT & T.
I have looked at thier annual reports - which only give a very summary list of thier subsiduaries, 10K filings and in Who Owns Whom - quite time consuming - I would be most grateful if anyone had any pointers. I spoke to the SEC in Washington and they told be that joint ventures with private companies don't have to be disclosed - is this correct ?
I appreciate any help.
