 Photos of metallurgical faults

I have exhausted all alleyways in searching for photographic examples of 3 types metal-related subjects, for inclusion in an e-learning module on identifying engineering materials.

Does anyone have access to photos of the following, or do you know where I can get hold of these to insert into the course?:
- 'Scale Inclusion' (scale which builds up on metal, masking more serious potential faults)
- 'Blowholes' (tiny bubbles of air formed within materials during manufacture)
- the extrusion moulding process / or products produced via the extrusion moulding process.

Many thanks
ROB
