Alphapatent's Patent Downloader site (www.alphapatent.com/cgi-bin/downloader.cgi) is about to start charging for its delivery of patents by e-mail. Does anyone know of another site which offers free e-mailing? Viewing pdf files on the usual sites can be very slow....
