Something occurs to me, in regards to all these wonderful products that
claim great volumes of storage. Do any of the manufactures give a guarantee
to there reliability and longevity? This bearing in mind that you do not
abuse the product and stick to their recommendations.

I would like to see an article dealing with this in detail as I have yet to
come across one. I have been told that even with CD-R and ReWrite there is no
real standard and that it is blind luck.
