I saw no mention of tax policy being used by governments to encourage environmental-friendliness (say, wind power) or to discourage excess use of fossil fuels, etc., or to make (say) landfill uneconomic for rubbish disposal. Perhaps Ms Ku or others could mention such websites. Alas, I haven't time to go through all the websites mentioned in the article in the hope of finding this information,
