Does anyone know of any good sites where I can get answers to some employee’s rights questions along the line of:

Is an employer allowed to threaten you with written warnings?

If an employee is behaving in an unreasonable, threatening or abusive manner does an employee have rights to prevent this without losing their job or getting told 'if you don't like it you know what you can do'

Does an employer have to do anything (ie provide equipment) if an employee reports that they have RSI? Can an employee be fired for taking time off with this?

Does an employer have to provide water in an office?

Do company directors have any responsibility for their employees ie if the MD is behaving in a threatening or abusive manner should they act to protect the individual?

Can an employer force his staff to clean the office/wash-up and take away tea/coffee privileges if they refuse?

What are the rules about touching staff? Ie is patting on the head allowed?

- Anyone whose read this far will have worked out I'm talking about the company I work for. I could spend the rest of the day listing abusive, bizarre and sometimes downright funny anecdotes from my company.

thanks for any help you can offer.
