Greetings,
I am about to undertake a knowledge audit of a recently amalgamated (general care) hospital in Canada. With over 6000 staff and 10000 patients, the odds of being able to canvass everyone with any rigour are limited. I am looking for any case studies of information or knowledge audits (methodologies, lessons learned) in the health care environments (in the UK, US, Australia, etc.) Does anyone have direct experience of this, and can you point me towards particular sources within this sector? Any hospital knowledge audits in particular.
