Can anyone point me to information on the processes produce grown outside the UK goes through in its journey from branch (or vine) to our supermarket counters? I'm looking for the all processes from picking, sorting, packing, shipping, storage, distribution and -of course- purchase. Have already tried supermarket and growing/ importing sites without success so far. All additional suggestions very gratefully received..
