 Access 97 Windows XP problem

I recently upgraded my home computer to XP home version from ME. Loaded, at the time of upgrade were Office Pro 97 (except Word 2000, which came preloaded with Works on my new Gateway). After the upgrade to XP, Access would not run. Message to the effect that it was not licenced.

My Office 97 is fully licenced "legit" version.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Jay Schwartz
