Hi,
I am interested in finding out about the formula approach to faculty fund allocation in academic libraries. Ideally I would like to hear from other librarians as to what elements are factored into their formula, how they quantify these elements, and above all whether they think the formula is effective and equitable.
If people don't want to discuss their budgets, I would settle for some good references to further reading on the subject!
Thanks,
Ben. |
