Old exhibition catalogues and exhibitor lists

I'm looking for lists of exhibitors at two continental exhibitions, Anuga (Cologne) and SIAL (Paris) between 1990-94. The organisers themselves are dry on this -- they are more focused on next year than on archiving their old stuff (understandably). I'd also like to find stand nos, and who exhibited next to whom.

Any clues on where I might start, that would give me a shortcut to the answers?

Thanks for any help
Regds
