Since I replaced my modem, AOL says they can't recognise me. I'd be delighted to change to another provider, if only I could find telephone numbers ( NOT premium price lines, please) so that I can discuss options with a real live person. I'd like to talk to BT, AOL, Freeserve, any other offer?

The simplest , friendliest system gets my account.
