Has anyone experience of installing and setting up an internal blog? I'm interested in software used, server requirements, pros and cons.

We're a small company with mostly homeworker staff, no intranet, and I want to offer the blog as a way of improving discussions without having to have staff log in to external services

TIA

Mark
