Hello everyone!!
I need a little help locating information (stats, figures, complete research) on how High Risk consumers behave in the telecommunications industry and WHY they act the way they do...(personal reasons? environmental reasons? economical reasons, etc...)
PLEASE help point me to an appropriate web site, company, library, ANYTHING where I can get this info.
Also, if you have info on how they act at the CALL CENTER level, that would be great also.
