Dear Sir/Madame,
I am about to purchase my first property and would like to know if it is possible to:
a)Convey the property sale myself
b)Conduct my own Land Registry and Legal Title Search or do I have to employ a solicitor.
I remember reading about being able to buy and sell your own house, but unfortunately can not recall where.
Any help is most appreciated.
