I'm in the UK. A family friend in the USA has asked for help with the following (and I quote) "My mother in law's Assisted Living facility has been taken over and or merged. I have been trying to find some info on line without success. Do you have any hints or useful sites? The place is called "Manorhouse Retirement Centers, Inc" and operates out of Richmond, VA. she thinks that the name of the taking-over company is something Trust. Very helpful!"

Is there an American colleague out there who can offer pointers, please?
