Food and drink traceability is a very hot topic in Europe at present. I am currently evaluating new methods of enabaling traceability throughout the entire supply chain, from'farm to fork'. I am looking at legislation, motivaitonal factors and current methodologies and applications on the market. If anyone has any good pointers or is interested in discussing traceability please contact me. Any information will be greatfully received and may help my Masters project. |
