I would like to identify resources that index docket information of filings in courts of the U.K., Germany, Italy, France and Spain. In other words, I seek the European equivalent of searching criminal and civil court filings on the state and federal level in the United States on Lexis.com. The search capability should accommodate searching by party name and the resource should have frequent updates/uploads so that recently filed cases are captured.
(The question behind this query is: how would one go about checking for asbestos liability in open cases in courts of these countries when only the company name is known?)
