Hi.
I work for a media office in Glasgow and I am wondering if anyone out there knows the best way to transfer an archive of newspaper clippings onto a database system applicable to the computer. Has anyone used or know anything good and bad about Portfolio 5 software?
Basically we want to be able to have a reliable, efficient and easy to use database on the computer to call up various newspaper cuttings. Is scanning them in as images or incorporating OCR the best way to go about it?
If anyone can help, cheers.
