Hi,
I've just installed a modem in a machine running win2K which didn't previously have one. I've also installed a LAN card. For some reason this machine is now desparate to get onto the internet - it dials up every 20 mins.
I can't work out what piece of software is triggering it - IE is set to "Never dial a connection". Anyone got any ideas how I can identify what's causing it (the event log doesn't help)?
Could it be something on the LAN?
