Dear all,
My old office Pentium III machine has now been retired to home use, but I cannot seem to configure it to play DVDs properly. Standard screen layout is 1024x768, but any DVD (with several separate players eg Windows MP, Real etc) opens as a blank window. Sound is present, the disk is clearly running, but no picture. If I change screen setup to 800x600, I get the picture. I cannot figure what is going on. I have tried a system restore to "out-of-shop" standard, and a total Win98 reinstall, to no avail. Can anyone provide clues as to what is happening and how to solve it?
Thanks
Stephen
