I am evaluating a CD ROM networking service we have just introduced to the library. I would appreciate any feedback from colleagues who have embarked on this type of service. I realise this approach is a bit old fashioned now but the material we need to distribute is only available (at the moment)on CD ROM. I am particularly interested in customer satisfaction and cultural issues surrounding such services.
