I found this useful site in Fred Langa's useful newsletter, LangaList. You'll find more interesting things about spam here:

Expressions of annoyance about spam continue to appear in the Free Pint Bar, various message boards, newsletters, journals, etc. And resources continue to be developed to help you cope with the annoying phenomenon.
Here's an easy to use site with resources you should find useful. It's a bit US oriented but should still be useful to all. The first column lists the sites you can use to establish the owner of the offending site, either by URL of IP address.
The second and third and fourth columns list other tools for identifying further details, such as decoding URLs that have deliberately been made obscure and finding out if the URL is already registered somewhere for its illicit activities.
For all these resources there is a search box and that takes you to the site in question, displaying any results found. There are also some links to descriptions of the tool but often you'll have to go to the relevant site and read up about it.
Below all these tools, on the right hand side, there's a link to some advice on who to complain to about spam and what information they'll need from you, along with advice on how to format the complaint.
You won't succeed in making your inbox spam free but you'll help in the overall efforts to reduce spam and, hopefully, cut the amount you receive.
Regards
Simon
