I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the research firms cropping up in India and other developing countries that offer research services to corporations very cheaply?? As an information professional I find it rather shocking and scary that firms such as Mckinsey are outsourcing major parts of their information centres to India. Does anyone know who these firms are? Are they a legitimate threat to us?
