Hello, I am spanking new to this site -- having discovered it by chance. Anyway, wonder if anyone can help me....

I am currently busy with Doctoral on a popular Travel Website; using Social Network Analysis to get a picture of the on-line community existing on this travel website. Problem, I know very little of Social Network Analysis, apart from that whcih i have read; bigger problem, the software, such as Krackplot, Ucinet, etc. is not very userfriendly and does not come with Microsoft-like manuals. Has anybody else perhaps undertaken Social network Analysis before, and more importantly, used an on-line community as sample? Assistance with SNA software will be most welcome.

Thanxs in advance

Love from South Africa
