GDP & tax revenues for 2002/03

I'm looking for the answers to what I thought were 3 relatively straightforward questions (my enquirer needs the info urgently for a presentation):
What is the estimated GDP (UK) for 2002/03?
What is the total tax revenue generated as a percentage of GDP (probably around 38-40%)?
How is the tax revenue committed across major areas of government expenditure - or more specifically - what slice is allocated for the NHS?
I believe this info used to be available in the Public Expenditure Survey but have gathered that this is no longer produced - seems to have been replaced by Public Spending Reviews and departmental annual reports.
I've waded through HM Treasury, Nat Stats, Inland Revenue, DH etc. web sites, 'phoned Nat Stats and IR, tried various combinations in Google but still don't seem much closer to definitive answers. My field is health info (mostly clinical/public health/primary care) and I'm not very familiar with economics info sources - so any advice or pointers from those who are would be much appreciated. I'm sure the answers must be in the public domain - but where?!
