Hi

I'm trying to find some seriously researched articles and studies on the UK's "Royal Prerogative". Debate on this issue appears to be heating up but I'm not having much luck finding serious papers written on the subject beyond what I've already come across in blogs and the few speeches written by a select number of politicians.

Can anyone point me towards some legal research that has been done in this area that is accessible over the web?

Many thanks,

Michael
