Most developing regions such as Africa, India, Pakistan and South-East Asia have only limited telecommunications infrastructure, and wireless technology is seen as a way of avoiding the high cost of rolling out cable.
Does anybody know of a county by country list of the value of such infrastructure and how this may change with the mobile revolution
