I'm looking at benchmarking our customer service offerings to others in the industry, and it would be helpful to know what everyone else does, especially in the retail sector. Ideally I'd like to know if I'm spending roughly the same percentage of my staff costs on pro-active customer service, but i know that this information will not be forthcoming! Anyone know of where I could gain access to market research reports or case studies which may be relevant.
