I wanted to know if there was an alternative to Hoovers, which offers information and say, the top 3-5 managers in a company which has a larger reach than Hoovers UK and USA. Obviously I want this information to be free. Sometimes Yahoo Profiles offers this information, but again the scope isn't too wide.
Any help appreciated.
