I once used a site called Joint Planning that provided a shared web-accessible space for calendars, documents, etc. The site no longer exists. Does anyone use or know of a similar site today?

You could try: http://www.groove.net/ or http://groups.yahoo.com/ or http://www.enable2.com/ Any of them could be the solution take a look at the sites.
