Hi
In collaboration with Online Information 2003, FreePint are running an award for innovation in customer service.
You are invited to make a nomination from the list of show exhibitors for an organisation which has provided you with good customer service in an innovative way.
Perhaps they've made good use of technology (such as SMS or an online chatroom) or perhaps they've been imaginative in the way they've given you support.
