Hi
I am currently writing an SLA for our intranet customers (devolved editors and those that require sites).
Does anyone have an SLA that they would be willing to send me?
I work in the Home Office and we have around 15,000 intranet users.
I will send my SLA to anyone who asks on request when it is written.
Can also send anyone who is interested my intranet authoring guidelines - am happy to trade.
