I am interested in finding out more about training for library assistants.
Are there any courses/training providers that readers can recommend through experience? I am looking for training to improve customer service and enquiry taking in a
situation where more junior staff will have a front line role and will need to know how to assess when to answer an enquiry and when to pass to a researcher. |
