 Court documents in the UK

I have an enquiry regarding the availability of court documents in the UK.

I work in the library of a law firm in Western Australia. In Australia (for a fee) we are able to request copies of documents off court files, such as pleadings, statement of claim etc., even if we are not party to the proceedings.

Is this able to be done in courts in the UK. In particular we are needing to know whether we would be able to obtain copies of appellants and respondents skeleton arguments from a matter being heard in the Queens Bench of the Commercial Court.
