I am trying to persuade my employer (Local Authority) to allow me to work a compressed week. My line manager will support a nine day fortnight. I have to put together a business case giving the advantages to the employer of this work pattern. I am currently sourcing research on this to help me put my case together. If anyone can give me suggestions on the advantages to the employer to help strengthen my case I'd really appreciate it.
