 Identifying an artwork

I need to identify a picture, and I'm hoping someone will be able to help.

All I know at the moment is this:
the picture is a painting of a statue of Venus with Eros (or it could be Adonis or even just a cupid) at her side. She has water (or milk) streaming from her breast.
The painting is probably in oils, and may be taken from a previous engraving.
It may be (or have been) in a collection in Vienna.

If anyone can give me any clues, I would be most grateful.

Thanks.

Lance
