What are thoughts on restricting users to using a maximum of say 8 terms while searching a database based on Lotus Notes that will contain various MS Office documents and links to external sources.
The thesaurus will be based on internal terms and an external thesaurus.
Apologies if I have not explained this well and i may be talking about something that is completely impractical.
