I would love to make contact with anyone working in knowledge/records management - in the broadest sense - in a Social Services Dept. I've just started and one of the most pressing things seems to be the physical storage of closed case files. Access to them is still needed several times a week and at present they're stored all over the place very haphazardly. I'd be interested to know how other authorities store them. Eventually they will all become part of the Electronic Social Care Records but that's a long way down the line yet.
Many thanks |
