I have recently widely advertised a vacancy for an Information Manager based at Cranfield near Milton Keynes for the National College for School Leadership details of which can be seen at http://www.freepint.com/go/j3489
We have had a disappointing response to this advertisement and I would appreciate feedback from anyone in the Information community - especially the 209 people who viewed the advertisement on Freepint but decided not to apply.
I am particularly interested in the reasons why you didn't or wouldn't apply for this job. Is it the location, the salary, the nature of the job or something about the job description or the application process that put you off?
