Searching across a limited range of websites

I work for the NHS and we run a telephone helpline for health information. Our Health Information Advisers aren't information professionals so it is my job to give them a list of quality assured websites that they can use when answering queries from the public. They have asked for a way of searching these websites only to find information. In Google you can limit a search to specified websites but you can only specify 10 or 20 and you have to put them in every time. Does anyone know of a service that would do this with unlimited specified sites and automatically (but in a way that ordinary/personal searching wasn't affected)? We would perhaps be willing to pay for something, if it wasn't too expensive.

Thanks

Carolyn
