 Arabic-English electronic translation

Can anyone recommend a good Arabic to English (and reverse) translation site on the web OR software. Must be suitable for business purposes including legal documents.

The simpler web mechanical translation services (like Babel Fish) are not suitable. Has anyone used the Systran software?

Thanks for your thoughts
Jane

This list looks fairly complete: http://66.170.233.103/Tools/reports/products_list.pl?TYPE=7 AramediA.com, languageweaver.com and idiominc.com are among products worth looking at.
