Morning all
Long time since I've been here but I still recognise some of the names.
I'm working for a local authority and we're about to start using Mondosearch and it's related tools, BehaviorTracking and Information Manager. I'd like to know if anyone else has used these, what their experiences were and if they have any tips.
For example, I read a lot of the Mondosearch manual and had the distinct impression that you could get logged data using the InSite administration tool and this doesn't seem to be the case. It seems you can only get search data that has been assimilated by the BehaviorTracking tool.
Looking forward to tapping into the accumulated wisdom of the Free Pint Bar.
