We are a small, not for profit, pharmaceutical company in South Africa. I am reviewing the software we use to capture information with regards to enquiries related to our products. I have found a few international companies who do software for this specific application.
I am however interested in what software is generally used by medical information departments of pharmaceutical companies. Please could you contact me with regard to what software you use and your experiences.
